If you wish to request a return to Ceto Militaria please complete this form within 14 days of receipt of your order.

In summary, if we have incorrectly advertised an item we will refund in full, including (UK) shipping.

If item(s) are returned for any other reason we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) and will deduct a small processing/returns fee (currently £5 per returned item). This covers our various non-returnable costs/PayPal fees etc.

If returned item was originally despatched under our "free shipping" offer, £5 will be deducted from refund to cover this.
