Ok, we admit to being stumped with this one. Is it a sash? Some sort of cummerbund or court dress accessory? Came with a senior army officer's kit. Crimson silk with two male press-studs. By Ede & Ravenscroft court tailors. 

Length:             51" length.

Condition:       G1 - light wear/some "shine" but clean & damage-free.
