A RN Number 4 PCS working dress "Shirt Combat, Warm Weather, Navy Blue"  shirt. Blue heavy cotton working shirt. Long sleeved, zip and velcro front fastening, button cuffs, chest and arm pockets, velcro fastening collar and front rank slide epaulette. Velcro for attachment of badges.
