Ceremonial Trousers - Footguards/Musicians
A pair of used man's British Army heavyweight black/blue wool ceremonial trousers labelled "Trousers, Men's, Footguards, Sergeant, R&F and Musician". High backed with braces buttons, button fly and 1/4" scarlet stripe. These are the heavyweight/thick guards ceremonial trousers, not standard army/RM No1 trousers.

Size:          Various, select from options. 

                   We measure the actual waist inner circumference and then subtract 1" to get the waist size. If there is spare material in the seam/hem to let out/down this is listed in brackets I.e 34"(+1)Waist, 29"(+2)Leg means trousers measure approx 35" around the waist and have 1" available to let out. Inside leg measures 29", plus 2" spare hem to let down.

NOTE:   These would be worn with boots so should sit at ankle height.

Condition:     G1 - Good used condition. Light wear, but clean and damage free. Possibly 1 or 2 fly/braces buttons missing or a very discrete small repair.

                       G2 - More noticeable wear. Likely to be faded, have missing buttons and/or: 1 or 2 small tears (max 1cm); repairs; worn thin patches in discrete location (typical crotch area). Otherwise useable and functional.

                       G3 - Will have a specific defect/damage/repair, as specified. Useful for fancy dress/repairs/material for other projects etc.

NOTE:  All trousers will have a short cut in the fly between the buttons, approx 1" long, which is not visible when buttoned up. This is done by MoD during the disposal process.

Shades vary from black to black/blue depending on age. Older versions tend to be more blue/black.
