Cheshire Regt. Band Uniform
A Cheshire Reiment bandsman's ceremonial uniform (jacket, trousers and belt). Scarlet Melton wool jacket with buff facings and red/white piping, Cheshire collar dogs, staybrite Cheshire buttons and Corporal's chevrons. High backed No1 trousers are button fly with 1" infantry stripes. White courlene (plastic) belt has a plain chrome buckle.

 Sizes:     Jacket approx 40/41" chest. Trousers approx 33" waist. Actual measurements are:

Chest Width (laid flat):             21"

Shoulder:                                 18"

Jacket Waist (width, laid flat):  18"

Length:                                    30"

Sleeve:                                    24"

Collar:                                      17"

Trouser waist:                         33.5"  (+1" to let out)

Inside leg:                               28" (+1.5" to let down)

Belt:                                        Max 35"

Condition:   Jacket slightly "tired" but essentially clean and damage free. The buff facings are a little faded, there is noticeable wear around collar/under chin, and some marks where medals have been attached and under belt. otherwise clean and damage free.  Trousers have general age-related wear, some minor "shine" to surface, and the red strip is unsitiched around one pocket, but damage free and clean.
